Today I woke to a brand new day
A day I never saw before
A day I will never see again
I think I’ll take a walk
Clear my head of all negative thoughts
Focus on God’s beautiful earth
How he has made a way for me to have a new birth
This is the day that the Lord has made
I will rejoice and be glad I’m saved
Thank God for one more day
Unlike yesterday I feel like I need to fly away
Searching for tomorrow, needing to rid myself of sorrow
Listening to my favorite sounds, hoping things will turn around
Tell me what to do before it’s too late, how much longer do I have to wait
Lord, Are you playing hide and seek
I need to find you now Lord, speak
In the middle of the race a battle breaks out. The battle is not ours it’s the Lord’s. He is battling on our behalf. Push forward! The race is not given to the swift or strong. It is given to the one who endures to the end. Remember this…Jesus is at the finish line and you’ll get there at the right time.

It’s for people to know they are not alone
They need to know that there are people who was once where they are
However, by the wonderful, awesome power of God they can be delivered
We overcome by the blood of the lamb, and the words of our testimony
Spread it! Don’t be ashamed of it!
Prison is not just a jail cell but a state of mind.
